Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

First time I used this company. Phone and email service was courteous and efficient. My driver arrived 2 minutes after I parked the car. When I collected the car, he was there within 10 minutes. Pleasantly surprised - I will use them again.

The concept meet and greet is generally a great service if you want to get quickly in and out of terminal and not to pay for premium parking. This time my experience was not just meet and greet but as well modified as my arrival flight time got change due Covid restrictions and even with this complication my car was ready for me without extra cost. Perfect.

very good service with Terminals Parking. Phoned me when we landed and car arrived almost as we reached the level 5 to pick it up.

Exceptional service. Very easy to co-ordinate drop off and pick-up. Due to flight disruptions, I had to reschedule the pick up twice. The company was very responsive and amended the pick-up smoothly and easily. Excellent company. Highly recommended!

Excellent service for drop off, collection and the time leading up to our trip. Due to several rebookings of flights, we had to change our car park booking many times - each time the response came back on the same day with a new voucher, even on Christmas Day.
