Reviewed on 2nd September 2018All worked smoothly. Drop-off was very easy and our return was equally efficient, though we did get our bags a little more quickly than expected so had a 5 minute wait for the car to arrive, as we had landed 20 minutes early - quite unexpected for Heathrow!!
