Reviewed on 8th June 2018Very pleased with our Park and Go experience at Heathrow Terminal 5. Phone system worked well and on departure we were met promptly and took the lift straight into the terminal. Phoned as instructed on landing and when we collected our luggage and car arrived within minutes of reaching level 4 of the car park.

Reviewed on 5th June 2018We had no problems at all with the meet and greet service. Punctual and polite! However the set up at terminal 3 is appalling, cars everywhere, nowhere to park and huge queues for the lifts to get in and out. It added about 30 minutes on to our journey time coming home!
