Imagine Car Park OUTDOOR Reviews

A good service was provided and the car was in good shape when we collected it.

This was our first use of Imagine car park and we would be very happy to book again.The response time from our arrival back in Liverpool was great !

Car park a little difficult to find initially (more signage would be helpful), but staff really pleasant and helpful when we got there. Shuttle bus took just barely any time and dropped us right opposite departures. Very convenient. When we got back to Liverpool they came and collected us straight away (had already left car park after a different booking but turned around to come back for us) which was nice. I'd requested a pick up time a bit later than our flight was expected to arrive to allow for delays and time to get through security, but we actually arrived in good time which unfortunately meant our car was not instantly accessible as they weren't expecting us for quite some time. This was my fault not theirs and they made every effort to make sure we weren't waiting around for too long and we were really friendly and chatty and asked if we'd enjoyed our trip, even offering us biscuits for having to wait for the car! All in all a really positive experience, only suggestion is to have more directional signage as it would be a bit stressful if you're on a tight time frame for a flight and can't find the car park! Now I know where they are, will definitely use again if flying from Liverpool!

Easy to find, easy to park, easy drop off and pick up - no probs here, recommend.

Very close to airport with drop off/ pick-up as promised. No need to worry about my car in this safe and secure car park. A bargain too!! Will definitely use again.

Ease to the airport fantastic. Very efficient transfers both going out and coming back. Prompt service and very courteous. One problem was the difficulty in finding the place. Very confusing spent 45minutes going round and round in circles. Needs more detailed directions. There are lots of industrial estates to get lost in!!! Now we know where the place is are using again in July.

Easy drop-off process & speedy transfer to airport. Short delay before pickup but car parked conveniently ready to go.

Easy to find and close to the terminal - efficient pick-up on our return, and good value for the price. We will be using this again.
