Excellent service on the drop-off; however on arrival back to Liverpool airport I rang the tel number as arranged to be met with my car to complete my homeward journey. We waited half an hour in the freezing cold and no car. Eventually a man in a mini bus arrived to pick us up to transport us to where the car was kept several miles away. I was not happy!! Understandably I think. Yes they did apologise but we were still delayed by an hour. Not the service that we paid for.
