Our arrival at Liverpool on the outward journey and hand over was great, but on our return we were told it would take about 8 to 10 minutes for our car to arrive and to wait opposite the Yellow submarine (the usual exchange place), needless to say it was chucking it down with rain. When we saw our car arrive some 15 mins later the driver parked the car at the opposite end of the car park to the Yellow Submarine and we had to run to in the rain catch the driver. He had parked in the corner and we were blocked in by other cars and had to pay to get out of the car park because of the time it took. Had the driver gone to the appointed pick up at the Yellow Submarine, there would not have been a problem. I think someone requires remedial training. I will give them another chance to redeem themselves. Previous to this incident IN2 Meet and Greet has been an excellent service.

Pick up was fine. Unfortunately, when we returned, we couldn't contact the company as the telephone number was "not in use" and so had to get a cab to find the place. Tried ringing and eventually the line worked and I spoke to the most unhelpful, uncaring guy and managed to obtain directions. No apology or acknowledgement when we explained the situation. Completely understand that phone lines have faults but a bit of understanding and perhaps an offer to pay the taxi fare would have helped.

Despite calling well in advance, giving all my details, reference number etc, I had to wait 15-20 min for someone to pick up my car on the outbound journey. I managed to catch my plane last minute. Service on the way back was good.

Was good value for money, but had to wait twenty five minutes outside of terminal for our car to be delivered back, which was frustrating.

There seemed a bit of confusion as to where the drivers would be stationed on arrival.
