Reviewed on 25th October 2012Arrangements worked well for pick up and return - only comment was that when ringing for return the line was engaged and had to try a few times - wait not excessive fortunately it wasn't raining. Would recommend.

Reviewed on 18th December 2010Excellent service at departure time I lst my way in a housing estate,however, the company phoned me to see where I was as the driver was waiting for me. They directed me back onto the main route again - all was well. On return I waited 15 minutes then phoned again, they had misread my booking and had sent the mini bus for me instead but driver couldn't find me. My car was then with me within 5 minutes- with apologies. Would use again.

I followed the instructions and telephoned the service when I was approx 6 miles away (10 -15min)I was told to ring again when at a location nearer the airport - this is problematic when the area is not well known.Return journey was free of any problems. Staff who collected and delivered my car were pleasant and helpful.

Reviewed on 2nd November 2009Excellent! only flaw are the signs.The pickup point (to leave the car) is just past the drop off point.If you are a first time client it can be confusing.

However you can take it up another level by checking flight arrival times and make it a truly 5 star service - A lot of business travellers dont have luggage to collect, so they have to wait 15 - 20 minutes after arrival for their car. Still very good service, would use it again.

Reviewed on 10th April 2009Slight error on arrival as they had changed the name of the short stay car park, soon remedied and pick up was excellent. Fast, friendly and efficient, will use again.
