I was really impressed with the support I received from the car park team prior to my stay! They talked me through the whole process which signs to follow and additional charges that could be accrued which reduced stress levels should my flights have been delayed. I think the exit routes could be made clearer .

Decent car park in walking distance of the airport. Signposting could be improved though.

Long Stay was easy to find and to find a parking space in area C. Very convenient location. However, when we came to leave, we had to drive round the car park several times before we finally found an exit. Direction arrows on road worn away and no exit signs anywhere near where we parked.

All went really well until I was leaving , inserted ticket and asked for £100 fine excess !!!! Thankfully sorted by staff but not the best impression.

Easy to access and leave also close to the airport.

Arrived at barrier. Reg not recognised but quickly rectified by the call button. Helpful operator sent a ticket to the machine so I didn’t get the same problem on return. Big car park so you do have to drive around a bit to find a space but it’s only a couple of minutes.

Great location so easy to get to terminal. Only criticism is exit etc signs on ground need repainting☺

Weather Dependant - Quite a long walk to the terminal if it is raining, but then again unfortunately so are the other surface car parks at LPL. My tip is not to turn to the right on entering the Long Stay, we did and circled a number of times without finding a space. If you turn off to the left after entering there appears to be lots of spaces that end. Multi storey dearest but the best as regards distance and keeping dry.

Convenient.

Good service and would probably use again except barrier did not recognise car number plate so had to call for assistance.
