This is normally a very easy to use car park, we have a blue badge so we are able to park close to the terminal, but the disabled places had cones on them stopping us using them, causing us a longer walk to the terminal.

Normally easy to book, but on my recent trip there was a hiccup with my booking not being recognised, so a charge of £180 showed on exit, however a phone call soon corrected the error, but I could have done without the hassle and delay

Good number of disabled parking spaces. No problems with leaving the carpark, but I did see people in the other lane having difficulty with the number plate recognition system letting them out of the carpark.

Easy to find,easier and as quick getting here than to Manchester (travelling from Leeds). Large on site carpark, although it did take us several minutes to find a space, but once a space was found it was a few minutes walk to the terminal, thankfully it wasn't raining. That's the good parts done, now the negative - when leaving you have to take your ticket that is issued upon arrival and your pre-paid parking voucher to the 'Customer Service Desk'! Which is located opposite the yellow submarine. to cut a long story short there is no signage indicating there is a customer service desk, just look for a hole in the wall with a small window of the building opposite the terminal entrance. Other than that all was good.

Third time used P & G at Liverpool this year. Easy booking, and no hassle. Liverpool has some issues in the way the car park is laid out and you can walk miles , it seems, to find the car. However the booking firm are easy to deal with and no problems. Off again in December from Newcastle and so will use them there.

arrival was excellent found a space very close to the terminal. On my departure the ticket would not let me out say ing i owed £82-00 because i had not kept my booking ref as i did not think i would need it any more it took 10 mins before they would release me my only reference was my car regitration.So my advice is keep your booking ref as like any one else they are not perfect

very convenient and fairly priced. instructions need to be clearer as to where you validate your ticket upon leaving. The print out said the ticket office was opposite the yellow submarine. But it was not. I had to ask security and it was located at the foot of the multi-storey car park.
