Best Meet And greet. Easy and convenient. Definitely recommend.

On arrival one of their drivers returning a car was literally driving on my rear bumper, he was obviously frustrated by my indecisive driving not knowing where I was going, something you would think they were fairly used to. Very poor understanding of language at change over and the guy who answered the phone upon our return was extremely rude to my wife. Would not use this company again.

Efficient service both with dropping off and picking up. Will certainly use again.

Very disappointed.. it's barely meet & greet.The distance you still have to walk & use 2 lifts isn't great. We rang twice as requested once from the plane then again when we had our luggage but still had to wait for ages in the early hrs feeling cold & tired for our car which we thought would be waiting for us.

Easy to use, no problems at all.....took 1 minute to collect the car and on return the car was already in the parking space...didn't have to wait.

I have used Luton 247 many times, it’s a good service with polite staff, you just drop your car off at level 3 and a member of staff will take your car to a secure car park, on your return you just call the number provided when you land and they will bring your car to you, easy instructions to follow, I will definitely be using them again.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PICK UIP EXPERIENCE WHERE THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME AROUND 50% EXTRA AS OUR PLANE WAS LATE. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE EXIT CARD AND THINGS GOT HEATED. THEY THEN DROVE OFF WITH THE EXIT CARD AS I REFUSED TO PAY. I CANNOT PRAISE THE LUTON AIRPORT PARKING ATTENDANT ON DUTY THAT NIGHT ENOUGH WHO WAS VERY EMPATHETIC AND ONLY CHARGED ME THE 30 MINUTE RATE WHICH WAS STILL CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN THEY WANTED. ALL IN ALL VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

The service worked okay however there were delays at both ends. When dropping the car off I think we had to wait around 10 to 15 minutes for a representative to arrive. Upon our return to the UK, although we had telephoned as soon as we collected our luggage, upon reaching the car park we had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for our car to be returned. Our previous experiences at Stansted airport had been much quicker than this.
