Luton 247 Airport Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Awkward to get in to the meet and greet area, not happy to wait a long time at midnight when we arrived back at Luton Airport, not very impressed.

Vast improvement on arrival using the 3rd floor of the multi-storey - service was efficient and prompt. On return the service was as good - though exiting the car in busy periods is laborious, this isn't the fault of this company. Would recommend.

All good on leaving but on return, car was very slow to arrive.

Good price, good service, only negative thing is that they left the driver side mat and pedals full of mud.

All went smoothly enough but I don’t consider this service a true meet and greet as the vehicle is not waiting for you when you step out of the airport. We had to wait 20 minutes in the multi storey car park for my car to be bought to me. Other services I have used have the car at the kerb side when you step out of the terminal.

I would definitely use them again. I had no issues and they very efficient and professional.

Very good location. Close to the airport. The walk back with the kids to level 3 multistory car park was not the easiest given the time of our arrival and how tired we were. Expected a more meet and greet than that.
