EazyPark Meet and Greet Reviews

We have used this company before and they have been very good but this time they were terrible. We had to wait 45 minutes for them to collect the vehicle from the terminal and upon return to a different terminal which I advised on booking they told us to go to terminal we departed from long walk with 2 children 1 only young to have to carry 4 bags and try find our way to then have the driver call us asking where we were he was at wrong terminal so we could have saved a long 10 minute walk all along won't use then again also the car was full of mud and grass looked like it had been used in a rally Very disappointed will use another company next time.

Met at the airport within 2 minutes. When we arrived back phoned after we picked up our bags, made our way to the pick up point and our car was there within a few minutes. Friendly drivers, very polite, great service and will use again.

Bit of a mix up on pick up, wife got it wrong but park and go sorted it out. On landing, followed instructions, car was there in ten minutes so will definitely book with the company again.

Everything worked well, friendly helpful staff, efficient timings and car returned in a clean good condition.

Had a wait for car to arrive but perhaps that was because we were through baggage claim in the quickest time ever.

We were impressed with your pick up service but disappointed on return, we waited nearly 40 minutes. When rang to ask where driver was he had gone to wrong terminal. Disappointing as we would like to use you again in October.
