Reviewed on 10th March 2018The whole experience was shocking. I waited 25 minutes when I arrived at the airport even after calling 20 minutes in advance of my arrival, with an excuse from the collector of my car that it has never been so busy. Then on my return I again waited 27 minutes after been told the traffic was terrible, however the trip computer on my car suggested the driver had travelled 1 mile which had taken him 12 minutes. Very poor service would never use this company again ever.

Reviewed on 27th February 2018I feel we had very bad service when car was collected at airport very late when eventually arrived driver was rude and said it was our fault, we rang 20 minutes before. When arrived back the car was filthy which I commented to driver. Washed yesterday and big scratch on back bumper. We have used Eazypark previously, very very disappointing.

Reviewed on 14th November 2017Had to wait 45 minutes for both car to be brought to me and my friends. We did call initially when getting our bags as it states 20 minutes before pick up. Went outside and no sign of any of the cars.... waited for a period of time and called the mobile which started that the cars had been and no one had been out for them so they took them back... which was amazing since we were stood there for 20 minutes at least....was then told cars would be brought round... 45 minutes waiting outside for a 'meet and greet' service was a disgrace. (call also made prior to this wait) if we had of parked in jet parks we would of got bus and been in car well under this waiting time. No apology and nothing was even mentioned when car was collected either....

Reviewed on 19th October 2017No longer will be using Eazypark following a 40 minute wait for my car to be returned. The most annoying part was when the telephone operator blatantly lied to me by claiming he informed me there may be a delay. My car also arrived wet having been jet washed, driver claimed they do it all the time but they haven't done this before. Makes me wonder why my car required a wash down!

Reviewed on 28th September 2017Had trouble getting through to either of the two numbers given on the booking on the booking confirmation sheet. When I eventually got through I said I was 15 minutes away and they told me to go to the departures area and wait there. I got to the departures and after waiting for 5 minutes had to drive around as I was moved on by the parking attendants. When I got back, I parked again for 5 minutes and was moved on again. I called them (again trouble getting an answer) and they told me the traffic was bad but they would be there in 5 minutes (I didn't encounter any traffic). When the gentleman arrived he was courteous and took the car away with no problems. On arrival back they were on time but the car was absolutely covered in dust. The gentleman said they normally jet wash the cars but that the jet wash was broken. This level of dust was unacceptable and I will not be using there service again. My clothes got covered in dust when loading and unloading my cases and I had to pay to have the car washed the following morning to stop my clothes getting destroyed.

Reviewed on 7th August 2017We have used this company before and they have been very good but this time they were terrible. We had to wait 45 minutes for them to collect the vehicle from the terminal and upon return to a different terminal which I advised on booking they told us to go to terminal we departed from long walk with 2 children 1 only young to have to carry 4 bags and try find our way to then have the driver call us asking where we were he was at wrong terminal so we could have saved a long 10 minute walk all along won't use then again also the car was full of mud and grass looked like it had been used in a rally Very disappointed will use another company next time.

Reviewed on 12th July 2017Late on pick up, they had the wrong date had to wait 45 min. !! And car came back with scratched door! Told it was no problem ! But 2 weeks later still waiting to hear from them know one will talk to me or reply to my emails ! Stay away from them ! I'm a regular flyer and having been using the service for years and this is the first big problem ! But hassle you don't need !

Reviewed on 28th June 2016Returned to Manchester airport on a Sunday morning after trans Atlantic flight. Made first call to Eazy park at 08.33 am and was told my vehicle was on the way. After 30+ Unanswered calls and a cold wait of 1hour 20mins my vehicle was returned. I was on the point of calling the police to report the vehicle stolen. Have since been offered 50 0/0 refund.
