Very pleasant staff at Manchester, though they had messed about with my Air con setting and used Air Con when I do not, even when it is 33 degrees, as this costs fuel. Just open the windows for goodness sake and think of the environment! It is a bit tricky knowing where to go and ended up with us having to pay £4.00 for a car park we entered in error. It might be more convenient to meet us outside the terminal nowhere near the car park! We should not have to pay £4.00 to leave the car park, very inconvenient when returning from abroad. Just add the cost onto to online fee!

Delay on meeting so much so that we were being hassled by the airport staff to move on. Also delay on collection. This was not the usual "meet and greet experience" we know and the £4.00 to get out was an unwelcome surprise.

Great coming back but had to wait forty minutes for them to collect the car. It made us very anxious, not a good start to a holiday. Won’t be using them again.

Used these guys a lot, well priced and usually very good. However, upon the return we had to wait 40 minutes after ringing them for our car in the freezing cold. said it was busy, and the car was iced up...but surely you can think ahead re the latter Hardly meet and greet ! Hopefully is a one off, as do use them a to, and no other problems

Normally good apart from the waiting when you arrive there going & arrive there going back even though they’ve been given 20 minutes notice. This time my car was so dirty I had to write it on the receipt and get it cleaned immediately. The guy said it’s normally hosed down but not this time.

Good service generally, apart from 40 minute wait to be collected.

Dropping off the car was trouble-free but frustratingly on our return it took 45 minutes from calling to the car arriving. The airport traffic was as busy as it always is so didn't really buy that excuse. Disappointing overall.

The outgoing experience was good, but on our return having phoned after going through passport control, as instructed. We were then told to phone again after collecting our luggage. We were told it was going to be 15 minutes. 20 minutes later we were still waiting. We phoned again and the person on the phone whilst talking to me put the phone down. Had to wait a further 5 minutes. We were disappointed with this customer service.

Not there at drop off and had to wait at pick up, but friendly service. First time I've used a pick up/drop-off service where they weren't there to pick up the car and in Manchester that means you have to drive right round the drop-off circuit. On return we were told 10-15 minutes... took 25.

in the past, i would rate this service 9/10,having used this service several times before. this time was slightly under par. to be fair, the guy collecting the car was waiting for us, but was a bit put out that i hadnt parked exactly where he ask me to when on the phone. anyone that has been to departures at manchester airport will know that it is a long 'road' that cars park where they can to drop off. i got as far to where we had arranged to meet, but about 8 cars down, as i thought it looked very busy with cars up ahead.. i parked and walked up to find him, and all he did was moan all the way back to the car that i 'wasnt where he had wanted me to park', and it got slightly annoying, so make sure you park exactly where they want! the collection, although at rush hour, we had to wait 30 minutes, but the car had been jet washed. don't know if that was why we were waiting, but at least it was clean. this times rating I would give 6/10
