Drop off service was good. Manchester now operate a charge even for simple drop offs adding extra cost which was informed by email. On arrival was made to wait for 45 minutes to pick up car. Rang as advised after collecting bags and was told would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. Numerous chased up calls to be told traffic chaos due to the payments for the new system. But no queues or traffic noted by us when exiting.

Have always been pleased with the service in the past but this time was a disaster. Was kept waiting for a collection driver for 35 minutes at the airport, despite phoning them when I was 1/2 hour away. Couldn't contact them on either phone number as was either not answered or engaged. Made 37 calls in total and was 1 minute away from being moved on by the security staff at the drop-off area. On our return we waited in freezing conditions for 28 minutes, only to be phoned and told that our car wouldn't start and they were not coming for a further 1/2 hour. When the car did eventually arrive we were surprised to see the thick snow was still on the bonnet, as they said they had to jump start it from another vehicle. WONT USE AGAIN - VERY POOR SERVICE. p.s. Guess this review won't make your website

Not a good start to our holiday whwn Eazypark didn't even have us on their list! Good job I had my confirmation Email with me so after about a 40 min wait and several phone calls our car was collected from us. Delivered back to us reasonably quickly but I don't think I would want to use them again.

Will not use again. Waited nearly a hour before they picked up the car after giving 20 minutes notice, coming back was not as bad only waited 30 minutes.

The drop off at Manchester Airport went smoothly, but I was not happy with the 30 minute wait upon my return. That was after waiting for ages for someone to answer the telephone. My main complaint is the state of my car when it was returned. It was caked in mud down both sides of the car, all over the tyres and under the wheel arches.If the driver had not dashed off so quickly I would have had chance to take it up with him.I have previously used an alternative meet & greet service at Manchester and I will be returning to them. The cheap price was not worth it as I had to spend an hour jet washing my car. The mud under the wheel arches was caked on. This was my first and last time with Eazypark.

Nice chaps, when they finally arrived. But they were 20 mins late at drop off and 40 mins late at pick up. Both times they complained of "very bad traffic around airport" which (when we checked Google maps and drove home afterwards) wasn't the case. Understaffed and poor service made for a stressful parking experience.

Used this service in April, and was really pleased, with the service so booked again----WHAT A MESS-----TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE---AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN !! You have to ring 20 minutes before you arrive but this time the phone was never answered, and after ringing 3 times rang the other number which you leave a voice message---I left two messages, the drove to departures and waited---and waited--and waited. after 15 minutes--this is a drop off only place, so you can get fined, I rang the first number again and was connected this time and told them I had been waiting over 15 minutes, only to be told I should have rung 20 minutes before my pick up time--I told the guy I had left 2 messages, only to be told--WE NEVER PICK UP THOSE!!!! they said that they could be there in 10 minutes but with no paperwork, and I said I did not care about the paperwork--as I had my special needs brother with me and he was panicking and this was not good enough. I car came by with two guys in after another 10 minutes and said someone was on his way--so ANOTHER 5 minutes went by before someone came--in total from the call I made from the nearby petrol station on the airport was over an hour. When I came back they had had to wait for me as my brother would not walk properly to pick the car up as he remembered what had happened going out and was panicking again, so I was about 10 minutes later than I should have been. I said sorry and he could see Christopher was in a mess, but said--''well I have others to pick up--and with that went--I could see he was really annoyed. I looked at the car and it was totally filthy--covered in a dark dust all over--in 5 days !!! where had it been parked--never had this after 2 weeks away last time. ALSO---40 miles had been used , as I had 200 miles worth of petrol in when I handed keys over-and only 160 miles when I got back !!! WILL NEVER , EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE---

I always use eazypark but my experience this time will make me look for alternative parking when going on holiday. I phoned 20 minutes before arriving as requested and was advised someone would meet me there. I arrived at airport and had to wait a further 30 minutes for someone to meet me. It was a good job I had factored in contingency time otherwise I'd have checked in too late. No apology from the chap who took the car. On returning to the airport, I collected my case, passed through customs and called them. 20 minutes they advised, perfect, I grabbed a coffee and proceeded to departures to meet them again. 50 minutes later I chased them only to be told "he has been dispatched, traffic is busy" - where on earth was he coming from? Won't be using them again unfortunately.

No problem with the meet and greet, however when we phoned 20 minutes before arriving at the airport (as requested) the gentlemen had no information regarding our booking. Had to pull over at the side of the road and sort it out. Panic was a bit of an understatement. Sorted out during phone call.

Drop off was okay, nothing special. Pick up had to wait over 1/2hr and then the car was filthy, almost like it had been parked in a mud bath. Disappointing service given the company should be tracking the flight and new it was on time. The drivers were polite and apologetic.
