EazyPark Meet and Greet Reviews

Received confirmation of the booking on the Friday before I travelled. Then phoned EAZYPARK as instructed 20mins before arrival at Manchester Airport to be told there was "no record of my booking and they would call us back!". I then called Park and Go who said the confirmation was sent immediately which I believe. No call back from EAZYPARK, so in and out of Manchester airport we drove so we could park up and find out how long we would have to wait. Told 10 mins which was truthful, but wasn't happy! On return followed the procedure and still had to wait 10-15 mins before my car was delivered! Finally to cap it off I've noticed a scratch on my boot. I checked the car over when I picked up but the boot was already open to load our bags! Not exactly what I was expecting from a "meet & great service". Very wary to use again.

Drop off was okay, nothing special. Pick up had to wait over 1/2hr and then the car was filthy, almost like it had been parked in a mud bath. Disappointing service given the company should be tracking the flight and new it was on time. The drivers were polite and apologetic.

Everything worked as expected, no delays at either end. Why wouldn't you use meet and greet?

Called in plenty of time, but still had to wait 25 minutes before they came for our car. Going home, service was good. We have used Eazypark lots of times and will continue to do so, just wish they would arrive on time, especially when you have to get checked in.

Meet and Greet driver's very pleasant and helped with luggage. Have used before and will use again.

Overall it was okay but disappointingly on the outbound journey, even though I rang 20 minutes before my arrival, I had to wait nearly a further 30 minutes before someone arrived to collect my car. Fortunately I had enough time and the terminal wasn't busy, but if I had been tight for time then it could have been a major issue

Driver met me on time when departing. Very friendly with minimum paperwork. Rang as instructed on return and car was there in 15 minutes, as advertised. Very good value. Would recommend and use myself again.

Great service. The man was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. We rang when we had collected our luggage and they were waiting with our car within 10 minutes.
