Reviewed on 3rd July 2015I have used this service every year and have never had a problem. However this year we waited well over 35 minutes for a driver to meet us at departures to take our car. This simply isn't good enough.

Reviewed on 30th June 2015This was so easy - just pull up in front of the airport and don't think about the car again until you are back. Initially Eazypark couldn't find our details on system when I rang up after landing, but luckily it was only due to mishearing my name. It is always a bit daunting to hand over keys to a stranger, but we have used Park and Go for more than 10 years and know we can trust them. Can definitely recommend.

Reviewed on 24th June 2015We waited over 30 mins for you to collect the car almost missing our flight going and we waited over one and half hrs hours for you to bring my car when we returned. We could not even get through the to you on the phone for over half an hour.

Reviewed on 19th June 2015Absolutely appalling had to wait 15 mins for drop off couldn't get through on the phone even worse on pick-up had to wait a full 30 minutes and inside of car was filthy with mud stains and no apologies offered for the unacceptable delay.

Reviewed on 15th June 2015We were disappointed with the service this time. We have used EazyPark before without problems however on this occasion we had great difficulty in contacting them. It took us over 40 minutes to let them know we were arriving at the airport. One number was constantly engaged and the second number rang out, went to answer machine and then advised a message could not be left. On our return, again it took us over 20 minutes after getting through customs to get through to them and then a further of 15 mins for them to arrive. Overall quite disappointing.
