Superb service! From the online check in, procedures for dropping off and meeting on arrival was flawless and troublefree. Once we droped the car at the airport it was a 100yards walk to the lifts for the check in desks and just as easy on the return. I will defenatley use again and happy to endorse them with 5*+ for service

Paid for meet and greet service. A little slow coming to collect the car on departure day but no real problems. Service on arrival back into Manchester was appalling. We waited 2 1/2 hours for our car. My advice is do not take peoples money for a service you obviously cannot deliver.

We have used Park and Go around 6 or 7 times now. Their prices are competitive and we've never had any problems at all - even with dropping the car off at 4am on our last holiday. I'll continue using them, very happy 10/10

Very happy with the service, was difficult trying to get through as we were approaching the airport, but after a number of calls we got through, were told easy to follow directions...unloaded the car and away we went on holiday! On our return, it was just as simple, called when we got our bags and through customs and then after a 5 minute wait (we were earlier than my stated time, and it was 1:30am!!) we got our car, which looked like it had been cleaned, and then home we went! Would recommend this service, and will be using it again if travelling from Manchester!

Sounds daft, but I took the telephone instructions very literally and ended up in the multi-storey carpark at Terminal 1 in Manchester. With underslept, stressed, preoccupied customers such as myself, I recommend extra emphasis on the words "Drop Off Zone" on the phone!Otherwise, a great service.

Fantastic service. Everything went really smoothly and they were very quick returning the car. Would highly recommend.

Drop off was fine. Collection was a disgrace. Lied to about delivery time. Called when through passport to give prior notice. Called when luggage collected, told 15 minutes. Waited for 28, called again told 10 minutes, waited a further 18. We were 1 of the first waiting yet the last to receive our car. Have used other services, who are good. Would NOT use eazypark again! Will use park and go's other options as park and go are good.
