excellent service, punctual and efficient, will book again next time

Excellent service will definitely use this again. We phoned 20 mins before arriving at the airport and when we got there someone was waiting for us. On our return we phoned to have our car returned and it was there within 20 mins all warmed up. It was lovely getting into a warm car on a cold morning.

Everything went fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would use this company again.

Great drop-off service but waited almost an hour for my car to be delivered back on return. At 4 in the morning this wasn't pleasant. Disappointed

The people who collected my car at Manchester were very nice but they were 40 minutes late, I had to drive out of the airport and back in again 5 times as the traffic warden kept threatening to give me a ticket if I stopped at the waiting area, which was where the car was getting collected from, when the bloke finally arrived he explained that one driver had gone off with illness and this had caused the delay, when back home I waited 15 minutes for my car to be brought to me even though they are meant to be waiting for me. If all had gone to plan then I think this could be a good service, but as a first time user I wasn't very impressed.

prompt service, but my one bit of advice please check your car on return with the driver we did not and on getting home found a large red scrape on our bumper, were someone driving our car had scraped a red car. As you can imagine was upset with this.

Hi! Just wanted to say what a great service. Drivers were very pleasant and courteous. I will definitely use Easypark again and will recommend to friends and family. Excellent!

I have used this service in the past and it appears to have improved .I will be using them again next time i travel.

15 Minutes waiting time is too long

We were delayed by 8 hours with Thomson, the car turned up when they promised (20 mins) and there were no overstay charges. Will use again.
