Reviewed on 26th March 2014We had to wait for 30 minutes for a bus then it took us nearly 1 hour to get through the road works around the airport. On our return we had to pay a £10 charge for over our time. I have always used jet parks but will consider using someone else when I next travel in June.

Reviewed on 23rd November 2013Could not gain entry when arrived at 3.30am because details were missing, had to drive round to the office at jet parks plus so they could check my paperwork. They advised me to book direct with m/c airport because the same problem has happened on a lot of occasions. My details were not at airport car park, we had the same problem when leaving the car park at 10.30pm.

Reviewed on 28th July 2013Booked over a week in advance with Park & Go for Jetparks 3 at Manchester. No number plate recognition, no bar code to scan on P&G invoice. Had to use help intercom. Jetparks no record of our booking, but they let us in. Same hassle getting out again. Not happy or impressed !

Reviewed on 27th July 2013When we arrived the booking wasn't on the system, but luckily we were let in and told to ring up Park and Go and sort it out which we did. When we left the barrier would not raise for us and we had to press the help button to speak to someone who then let us out.

Reviewed on 4th July 2013We were unable to get through the gate as there was no record of our booking. On making enquiries to Park and Go I was told that bookings made at weekend were sometimes missed off the system! We were allowed to enter eventually but on return we had to ask for help to get out! I would not use Park and Go again. The car park itself was busy and it was difficult to find a space- roadworks in the area did not help a speedy transfer to the airport- all in all, it was not a good experience.

Reviewed on 15th May 2013The only good thing is the car is safe, when eventually you find a space, you have to park on unsurfaced rough ground, which is a nightmare when you have to drag your luggage, transfer bus is regular and can get busy and crowded. Even though we had booked we had trouble entering the park, but eventually we were allowed through. Exit was fine with an orange token we were given. overall we were left the car knowing it would be safe on our return its a pity the lack of spaces and the rough surface let the experience down, i think that better signs should be available for empty spaces to save the drive around the park.or an attendant to show you empty spaces.
Layout of parking lanes at right angles to feeder roads poor, you cannot see where vacant parking spaces are available. Hardcore base cheap, returned to find car surrounded in pool of rain water. Redeeming factor upon our return, your bus driver Sunday 23/9/2012 8-30pm approx Pouring rain assisted us getting on and off packed bus.

Reviewed on 16th July 2012Arrived in good time to check in at terminal 2, unfortunately we could not find a parking space at Jet Park 3 and had to ask a bus driver what to do; he directed us to the upgrade car park down the road where the barrier did not operate. All in all a bad experience.
