We arrived at Jetparks 3, but number recognition did not work and we had to contact the help operative, who told us we were booked into Jetparks 1. He kindly altered our booking to make it Jetparks 3. The bus tour to and from the Airport is long and tedious. Jetparks 1 might have been better.

My rating is based on an abysmal performance when I arrived the the car park, and a good performance on return. I parked my car and walked to Shelter 103. People there had been waiting for 10 minutes already. There was no bus for a further 15 minutes and when it did arrive it was drop off only. The driver told us he would come back around after the drop off. However he only got as far as 102 and was full and so diverted to the exit. A few minutes later there was another drop off only, though this one did come back for us. The driver on this one was very good taking great carry over the position of luggage so as to get as much in as safely possible. For my return I waited at Terminal 2 for 6-7 minutes which was fine. The performance on arrival was completely unacceptable, and I deserve some of my money back.

Getting from the car park to the terminal was excellent. However, the directions and instructions for getting to and accessing the car park were completely out of date. Now the new road is complete these need updating and you are NOT given a parking ticket on arrival.

Used Jetparks 3 for the first time - it was okay. The vehicle recognition worked going in - it also gave us a token, wasn’t sure at the time what this was for!! However it is to be used to exit the car park which isn’t clear on the instructions that we were given. The bus came almost immediate to take us to the terminal and coming back again very prompt so found it a quick process. Roadworks are in place at the airport do allow extra time .

The car was safe and secure, but we were not happy that your driver was more interested in talking to customers than actually doing his job, we pressed the button to asked for the bus to stop but he went right passed it and we had to get off at the next stop even after shouting to him, this would not have been a problem normally but we were carrying a 5 month old baby. So we were not amused to say the least to have to walk back as with all the bags and the child it was not amusing.

Good price, transfer good, instructions to get to car park were really bad because there were road works, no contact phone number, finding a space took about an hour because the car park was so full and it was Christmas and full. I probably would use again - but I would go straight to the far end of the car park!!!

would have given higher rating but we had to wait far too long for the bus to take us back to our car on arrival back in the UK. The bus was packed both on going out and on our return. Too many people had to stand.

The car park is massive and it can take a while to find a space. At busy times they simply don't have enough transfer buses to service demand. We had to wait ages at the bus stop before a bus which wasn't already full could pick us up. I'd say you need to leave at least an hour from entering the car park to arriving at the terminal. Be warned!

The disappointing thing for me was that I had made a phone call to you changes my flight and vehicle number but had to contact your operator via the phone to both get in and get out of the car park. A simple request made but your man at the end of the phone couldn't be bothered to update the details of the booking as requested.
