ANPR did not work on arrival. No signs indicating the best section of car park to use. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a transfer bus to arrive —in the rain. Only just checked in in time as a result. Very poor.

Got to the barrier had to speak for assistance and was told we were booked in jetparks 1 All documents stated jetparks 3. So not very happy as we have used you for many years

arrived on site at allocated time.number recognition camera would not allow us in.after lengthy delay talking to office staff, and help from bus driver,we got in.we were assured that the problem would be resolved for our return.No were stuck their for25 mins at the exit.

Useless, took 25 minutes to get on car park, barrier didn’t go up, the man on the intercom didn’t have our booking reference only after arguing and nearly being late for flight he let us on called them while on holiday at a cost they said they sort it but same coming off, would never use again.

When trying to park on 21st February, after waiting 3 or 4 minutes was told they couldn't find my booking, I had a copy in my hand. When I said "Well you have a problem then" was told I was being rude !!. Arrived back 3rd March, barrier wouldn't open, "cannot find your booking" another 5 minute wait despite having received an email confirming all was good from Park & Go. Email 20th February and this request to review confirms belief it was all booked. Credit card fee taken on 20th February. I don't need this service.

we arrived at the barrier and our number plate was not recognized, this lead to a long line of cars behind us they all had to back up so we could pull to the side eventually someone from Jetparks arrived to let us through the barrier this took 20-30 minutes in the freezing cold, our paperwork was all in order. On arriving back into Manchester at 10pm yet again in the freezing could we had the same problem no one was answering the buzzer a bus driver advised to persevere this again took around 15 minutes to get us out of the car park, a very bad experience particularly as this could have led us to missing our flight.

We arrived at jetpark 3 at the allotted time but the number plate recognition didn't operate. We used the intercom and was told that we were not booked in. Gave all the booking information and was told to move car from barrier and await assistance. 15 minutes later a person arrived and used the intercom to give the same same booking information. The barrier was then lifted to allow us onto the jetpark 3. We assumed (wrongly) that the problem was now resolved. Upon return from our holiday we had to go through the same rigmarole but waited nearly 40 minutes for an operative to come and have the barrier raised. The operative stated that this was a regular occurrence with bookings through Park and Go.

Arriving was fine, on return to terminal 3 had to wait a long time for the bus then roadworks. A nightmare, took over an hour to get from bus stop at terminal three to car park then another 20 minutes to get out of car park due to road works. I understand not car parks fault but I usually use meet and greet and will always use this service in the future.

We arrived at the car park at 7.30am. The ANPR camera did not recognise the car number plate and refused to open the barrier. After speaking with a member of the car park staff, they could not find my reference number on their system. Eventually a traffic marshall attended and checked the documentation, confirmed to the office that it appeared in order and I was admitted. On our return 7 days later, I had the same trouble again the ANPR camera failed to recognise the car number plate, after speaking at length and explaining of our earlier problems the week before they allowed me out. My daughter with her three young children, who was travelling with me in her car, who had booked through Park & Go had the same trouble, our details were not on the system. I would not use this company again, to be stranded down a dark lane early morning and again late at night, with no one about is not to be recommended.

To terminal great. Return. Why does the shuttle service stop for no reason except for the driver to have a chat! In the dark difficult to see stop numbers, but do not press stop as soon as you pass previous stop or you have to walk a long way as driver stops!!!!!!
