Took forever to find a car park space in jetparks 3 when we did it was right at the other end of car park. Normally not that bad at the Jetparks.

Loads of road works happening around the Jet 3 Parks and poorly sign posted from main road - we nearly missed the turning! Took us 30 minutes to find somewhere to park. Not all spaces had been clearly white line marked so cars were poorly parked (taking up nearly two spaces as opposed to one). I’ve never experienced such difficulty in parking before. The shuttle bus from Jet 3 Parks took 30-45 mins to get to terminal 2, a journey that should have taken only 5 minutes. I presume this was due to the road works! Overall, not a great experience at Jet Parks 3!

Jet parks 3. The trip to the airport was good with no issues. However, the return bus journey was ridiculous. There is no queuing system in place. Everyone was pushing in, I had to wait for the 3rd bus with my 1 &3 year old. Not cool. I'd use the service again but only if this improved. Also the first bus that turned up only had about room for 8 people. ???

Poor service after returning home, had to wait nearly 1hr for a jetparks 3 bus to come, contacted the office who said it was to do with the traffic however after a further telephone call it was a staffing issue. Would not use this car park again.

Getting from your car park to the airport was fine but getting back from terminal 3 was a nightmare. Your buses were full and the drivers were insolent. We waited an hour and a half for an empty bus which I'm sure you'll agree is unacceptable. We won't be using you again I'm afraid.

Convenient for the airport. Frequent shuttle bus to and from the airport, good price what let's it down is the actual car park. No tarmac just chippings, potholes filled with water and mud on the actual parking bays, our shoes, car and luggage was covered in muck not a great start or end to an holiday.

after booking with park and go in the past i was happy to book with them again, booking jet parks 3 at Manchester. I was looking forward to my holiday, arriving at the car park i drove up to the barrier and nothing happened. After trying a few times I pressed the call button on the panel, again nothing happened so i called park and go phone number, no answer. So i called Jetparks number and explained the barrier wouldn't lift. Checked all our booking numbers we had to enter the car park, still no luck. After 20 mins he told us we would have to go and park in the long stay park in airport. j Just as we were driving away he called us back to say they had found our booking. s Stress eased holiday here we come.

The car parking it's was not an issue - easy to use park and bus service however, upon my arrival at the entry gate to jet park 3 on 14 Oct - roughly 9 in the morning I was greeted by a rude and extremely unhelpful assistant through the intercom system. A couple of weeks before my arrival I changed my car and emailed in to amend my car registration and received confirmation that it had been changed only to arrive at the car park to be told that my new reg and name could not be recognised and wouldn't let me in. The email print out I had in front of me clearly said my full name, booking reference and car registration. Yet the chap behind the intercom was having none of it. Clearly a fault in the booking system but the way it was dealt with by staff was very disappointing - terrible customer service which spoilt the overall experience. More training required for their staff please!

On the way we waited over 40 minutes as the bus drivers seemed to miss our bus stop number 98 car park V3. Make sure you leave lots of time! On the way back it came straight away. I know a German company that can help with fleet tracking so that you know that the buses are driven to all the stops.

The price and service were good, but it took us over twenty minutes to find a space and only then because a bus driver point us in the right direction, the park was massive and very full. We were not impressed with the pick-up on our return - we had to wait over 30 minutes to be picked up - we asked other Jet park bus drivers why our bus had not come and they tried to contact the office and we were told it was on its way. When the bus did arrive we ask that driver why it was so long we were told rather rudely - 'they come every 12 mins and we must have a mickey mouse watch'. No apology at all - he was very rude, enough to put you off using them again.
