We had to wait for 30 minutes for a bus then it took us nearly 1 hour to get through the road works around the airport. On our return we had to pay a £10 charge for over our time. I have always used jet parks but will consider using someone else when I next travel in June.

This must be the fourth time we have used JetParks and once again it was seamless. I am completely happy with the system and service and find it very good value. I am happy to recommend Jetparks 3. Best wishes Mark

Very impressed with the car parks quick and automated service. Very close to the airport with shuttles coming to collect and drop off passengers every few minutes. Best thing about it was the price! Will definitely use again.

When we arrived the vehicle recognition system did not recognize our car, so we had to buzz for assistance. They said they had no record of the booking and after waiting for them to check we had to ask one of the shuttle bus drivers to speak to the operator and confirm we did have a booking. All this whilst getting wet through in heavy rain. We had the same problem on arrival back from holiday.

Once inside the car park, it could be better singe posted to find your way into the center area. Bus transfer ok.

Massive car park, which says its 5 mins from the airport, but in reality it took about 20 mins because you have to park up, find the nearest bus stop, wait for the bus and then it drives all around the car park picking others up! It's then at least 5 mins to the actual airport building. Allow plenty of time! Good for the price though!
