Reviewed on 18th October 2021There promptly on arrival. Return flight was delayed by 22 hours and we had to wait 45 minutes on return but he was then there when he said he would be.

Reviewed on 2nd November 2019I was very happy with the service received but then you went and let yourselves down by returning my car to me filthy dirty with thick mud all in the drivers foot well and all over the bottom of the driver door. So instead of stepping into my car they had stepped onto the bottom of door panel with mud. This has now proved very difficult to get off and as you can imagine I am not particularly impressed!

Reviewed on 23rd August 2019drop off no problem, collection was sent to a 3rd floor multi storey car park. Waited outside lifts as instructed,. place was a complete mess, rubbish every where . Waited 32 mins to be collected at 2am in the morning and 2 very tired kids, not good.

Reviewed on 12th December 2018First use of this company, its was Ok...main issue was on the way where i rang exactly 20 minutes beforehand but they turned up circa 10 minutes late....not exactly what you need from meet and greet On the way back it was good though, only about 10 minutes wait in level 3 of the car park.

Reviewed on 28th August 2018I have used Park and Go previously and had a super service however on this occasion it has been quite disappointing. I booked a collection at 4.15 am and telephoned 20 minutes prior to my arrival only to be told to call again in 5 minutes as the driver was moving a car. My second call was not answered but I made contact the third time but I was not convinced the information was received as the connection was poor. A fourth call proved successful and was told the driver would be at the meeting point in 5 minutes ie 4.15. I parked and waited, I called again at 4.27 but no response. I then received a call back to say driver on way. Collection completed at 4.35. No inspection of car offered but paperwork signed as I was wanting to get to check in. Return collection ran smoothly. Overall not the experience I had hoped for.

Reviewed on 12th July 2017Had to wait about 45 minutes for car to be collected on departure, reason given the pickup guy had collected the wrong car. About 20 minute wait on our return, although area was very busy so expected.

Reviewed on 17th February 2017We were 30 minutes ahead of schedule on arrival for outward journey in Manchester and on ringing the Luxury Chauffeur Service we were told they had no drivers starting until our original arrival time. (We accept we were earlier than arranged). We paid for the short stay car park enabling us to check in on time until collecting driver arrived. On return to Manchester we telephoned advising of our readiness for collection (exact pre-arranged time) was advised car would be ten minutes which translated to twenty minutes. The drivers were polite and chatty with only five miles on the clock. Would recommend but advised times are inaccurate.
