Luxury Chauffeur Service Manchester Reviews

Disappointing compared to previous trips. Had to wait 20 mins on arrival at airport. On landing had to wait 30 mins. Busiest weekend of the year. Only 3 drivers on. Not very good business practice. used the service vip meet/greet for past 4 years. This was not the best experience.

Would not use these again, rung them 15 minutes before arriving to the airport, was told that they where very busy so could we slow down and they would be with us in about 20 minutes. Drove at 50 mile an hour on the motorway to slow down. Then when we got the airport I rung again and was told they where stuck in traffic and to drive around the airport as there is nowhere to park up. Rung another 6 times and just kept being told we are really sorry will be with you shortly. They arrived some 45 minutes later, this made it quite a rush to get through, check in and security and had 10 minutes spare before boarding plane. Gong on holiday can be stressful enough, will not use luxury chauffeur services again.

Waited 25 mins for drop off to arrive. 2nd time used first was excellent.

We booked the meet and greet, even though we were staying at an airport hotel the night before. Consequently our arrival time wasn't so crucial to us. Due to heavy traffic, plus not being in a rush, we were a lot later than we had indicated on booking & this must have been a great inconvenience to them & they didn't hide the fact we had been a nuisance to them when handing the car over to them. Very surely would be a polite way to put it. On return though they were great & they were waiting with the car when we came out of the terminal. The car however was absolutely filthy. They said they usually jet wash them but had been too busy. I wonder if this was payback for our late arrival? Overall efficient, but bad attitude, which I guess was partly our fault.

(1)Delay in arrival of Chauffeur 15-20 mins,removal of luggage by ourselves On Return journey, (1) Chauffeur was again late by 15 mins (2) NO assistance with luggage. I suggest that you insist your employee shows a little bit more courtesy to your paying passengers, who I am sure, will NOT recommend for future.

Good drop off but longer that extected wait on return - about 20 minutes at pick up point.

Disappointed with the service this time. Last time we were met at the airport when we arrived and the car was there when we got back. This time however, we had to wait up to 10 mins. for our car to be collected and returned, despite contacting as we got off the plane.

the car was picked up straight away and returned within 5 mins of ringin up; but the car came back covered in bird mess as if it had been parked under a tree.

just unfortunate we had to wait about 30 mins to collect car as there was a problem within the parking, but it hasn't put me off using them again and I would recommend their services
