As instructed we rang 15 minutes prior to arrival only to be kept waiting 15 minutes for the car to be collected. The same happened on our return with a wait of 10 minutes. For a service that is supposed to offer personal customer service, it appears that it is run for the convenience of the operators.

The drop off was excellent, they were waiting to collect the car as i pulled into the terminal. Pick up was a little more disapointing, i was told the driver would be no more than 10 mins or 15 should the traffic be heavy, they were in fact 20 mins. Not a significant amount of time but the whole idea of choosing meet and great is so that the car is waiting for you. I have used this type of service before at other airports and not had to wait. Other than that the car appeared to have been stored safely.

I thought the service was great, no need to wait for transfer, car picked up on right outside departure and waiting for you on arrival is execellent. Will definitely book you again on my next trip.

Slight delay arriving to collect with perfect timing upon our arrival making the service overall very good.

Had some difficulty contacting them on the way to the airport so not there when we arrived but only had to wait about 2 minutes. On return had to wait about 10 minutes. No assistance with bags unlike other reviewers. Overall a good experience and would use again.

Excellent really, just a little wait in the rain. But very useful service which I will use again if my taxi lets me down!
