Prompt, friendly service. Only waited a few minutes on my return, however it might be worth having another contact number as I spent 10 minutes trying to get through when en route to the airport (the person who answered was very apologetic as he'd had someone trying to book parking). I would certainly recommend Luxury Chauffeur Service, Manchester to anyone.

On time, friendly & so much quicker than other options.

I have given a 2 as the drop off was fine but collection took 45 minutes. When we called to say we had collected our luggage we were told we would have to bare with them as they had another car to drop off first. When we called back after 30 minutes we were notified that they only have one driver covering all 3 terminals and drop off is first come first served. We were in a queue and had to wait. The car turned up 15 minutes later. We have used VIP Meet and Greet previously at Manchester and will go back to them as there was never any problems.

Amazing!!!! I will always use this company/service in the future. It was brilliant. A lovely friendly driver who was so helpful. Our flight home was delayed by 6 hours. This didn't affect the cost or quality of service. The price was only slightly over the park and ride fee. The thought of doing that at 1.30 am with a 5 and 2 year old with 2 cases and 4 hand luggage doesn't bear thinking about. Ignore all the bad reviews about chauffeur services. If you choose this company I assure you there will be zero stress getting to/from the airport. A massive thank you from us all.

Great service and very accommodating when arrival times had to be changed.

Although we were late arriving at the airport there was someone to meet us, the same coming back from holiday. They gave the best service ever. Thank you, we will certainly use them again:)
