We were 30 minutes ahead of schedule on arrival for outward journey in Manchester and on ringing the Luxury Chauffeur Service we were told they had no drivers starting until our original arrival time. (We accept we were earlier than arranged). We paid for the short stay car park enabling us to check in on time until collecting driver arrived. On return to Manchester we telephoned advising of our readiness for collection (exact pre-arranged time) was advised car would be ten minutes which translated to twenty minutes. The drivers were polite and chatty with only five miles on the clock. Would recommend but advised times are inaccurate.

Used this service several times. Always excellent, efficient & on time. I would recommend to everyone.

I am happy with the service. from the moment I rang it only took them 10 minutes to pick my car up, and about 15 minutes to bring it to me, on my return. Very good service.
