Excellent service. Met the driver on arrival even though we were earlier than stated & he was there within a few minutes when we returned. We use every time we go away.

Faultless!

Being met at the airport is an excellent way to park after travelling nearly 100 miles by car and or returning from a 2000 mile flight. All went smooth no trouble. I will definitely use this method again it saves lugging cases onto shuttle buses etc: and I am already recommending to others. Thanks. B. Sugden.

At arrival at Manchester airport they were very prompt at collecting the vehicle. On return there was a slight delay and the vehicle displayed possible damaged to front driver side wing just behind headlight. This was brought to the attention of the delivery driver who immediately contacted his boss who then attended the airport to inspect the possible damage and having taken a photograph advised that if the mark could not be removed by polish then they would rectify any damage. It was good to have this prompt approach and I am pleased to say that the mark along the wing has in fact been removed by using the appropriate compound and polish. I will continue to use Park & Go services in the future.

Overall we had a very good experience with Park and Go. We just felt we had to wait a little longer than desired for the driver to meet us on departure day. On arriving home late at night however, the driver was there within a couple of minutes of us exiting the building. Overall we would recommend this service.

A very smooth and stress free package. Driver was waiting to take the car away on arrival at the departure gate and on arrival took less than 15 minutes to arrive after being called. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service. Driver there when we arrived. On return even though we were early landing our car was waiting for us. Staff very friendly. Will definitely use again.

Despite calling 20 mins before arrival at Manchester airport as instructed, we had to sit and wait 10 mins before someone came to collect the car. When we returned we waited over 30 mins for the car to be brought to us. I called twice and was blatantly lied to as was told the car was on its way when according to the man who dropped it off, it had only taken him 3 mins to get there. Would have been much easier to use the multi storey and park the car ourselves.
