I have given a 2 as the drop off was fine but collection took 45 minutes. When we called to say we had collected our luggage we were told we would have to bare with them as they had another car to drop off first. When we called back after 30 minutes we were notified that they only have one driver covering all 3 terminals and drop off is first come first served. We were in a queue and had to wait. The car turned up 15 minutes later. We have used VIP Meet and Greet previously at Manchester and will go back to them as there was never any problems.

Lack of communication. On arrival unable to connect to the mobile phone provided and my calls were declined. Eventually I was told that they are really busy and I was told that my car will arrive in 20min but it was dropped off after 30min- would not recommend.

Despite calling 20 mins before arrival at Manchester airport as instructed, we had to sit and wait 10 mins before someone came to collect the car. When we returned we waited over 30 mins for the car to be brought to us. I called twice and was blatantly lied to as was told the car was on its way when according to the man who dropped it off, it had only taken him 3 mins to get there. Would have been much easier to use the multi storey and park the car ourselves.

Poor speed of response both at drop off & return. Used before, service fine then but could not recommend if this is now the norm.

I need to know why my car has travelled 15 miles when I was told that the car would be parked 1.9 miles from the airport.

Very disappointed. Rang when 15 minutes from airport and were told we may have to wait as they only received our booking the day before. We booked 6 months in advance. On return there were no drivers available and, from making the 1st of many calls, it took almost 1 hour before we had both cars delivered to the terminal.

We had to wait longer than I expected for both the car to be picked up and for it to be delivered back. I would look at using an alternative company in the future.

Disappointing service. Took 30+ mins for car to be collected on arrival. Appeared to be understaffed. Length of time taken to return car was better but not satisfactory. Will return to using a taxi in future.
