Reviewed on 5th June 2011Previously had a great experience, not so on departure from terminal ONE Manchester. With the new drop off system a "jobs worth" Manchester airport employee (nothing to do with Park and Go) on my back and moving me on as Park and Go not arrived, and given plenty of notice of my on time arrival. So stressful and does not work at at all well on busy days. Return experience good.

Reviewed on 17th September 2010I was very disappointed with the service. There was a half hour wait at 5.30am in the cold for a driver to arrive, confusion on drop off and collect and no help offered with the bags. Thoroughly unsatisfactory.

Reviewed on 11th July 2009We were disappointed with the service - we rang the office as requested to advise them we would be at the airport in 15 minutes to be told they were not expecting us and it would be at least 30 minutes before they could be there. At the departure area you are only allowed a few minutes to unload the vehicle and drive away, this is the point when they were collecting our vehicle. On our return, again we rang at the time requested expecting them to bring our vehicle to the area outside arrivals but we were told that we had to make our way to the departures area and they would meet us there. Very dissapointed with the service and will NOT be booking again.

Reviewed on 17th June 200915 minutes late for collection on departure. And 25 minutes late with delivery on arrival despite being phoned 3 times to let the driver know we had exited the airport and was stood waiting to collect my car. All in all the service wasnt very good.

Reviewed on 2nd June 2009We were kept waiting going out and also on our return. Corrected time of our return from 0930 to 2130 on departure this was not documented, will not use service again. Service was chosen on previous reviews, did not have the same experience and will not use again.

Reviewed on 31st March 2009They had no record of my booking when I rang 15 minutes before. They did meet us however when we got there. No help with luggage was offered. On return they were very muddled as to which car it was, they had the wrong make and model of car written down. Disappointing, considering the price.

Reviewed on 26th March 2009We would not be able to call this a luxury service. It was adequate at best. No offer of help with luggage, and on our return the driver just gave us the keys and said that he had to be somewhere else. The car also did 26 miles and was returned muddy!!
