Prompt, friendly service. Only waited a few minutes on my return, however it might be worth having another contact number as I spent 10 minutes trying to get through when en route to the airport (the person who answered was very apologetic as he'd had someone trying to book parking). I would certainly recommend Luxury Chauffeur Service, Manchester to anyone.

At arrival at Manchester airport they were very prompt at collecting the vehicle. On return there was a slight delay and the vehicle displayed possible damaged to front driver side wing just behind headlight. This was brought to the attention of the delivery driver who immediately contacted his boss who then attended the airport to inspect the possible damage and having taken a photograph advised that if the mark could not be removed by polish then they would rectify any damage. It was good to have this prompt approach and I am pleased to say that the mark along the wing has in fact been removed by using the appropriate compound and polish. I will continue to use Park & Go services in the future.

Overall we had a very good experience with Park and Go. We just felt we had to wait a little longer than desired for the driver to meet us on departure day. On arriving home late at night however, the driver was there within a couple of minutes of us exiting the building. Overall we would recommend this service.

Great service collected and delivered on time.

Could not fault pick up. We did not realise that when we came back we would have to go to Level 5 using lifts. As I have mobility problem it would have been better to be advised as we would have gone straight there. Would use again.

Whilst the departure went off without a hitch. When we arrived back at Manchester we were told the car would be there in a couple of minutes which turned into half an hour stood in the cold and wind. If we had known that we could have kept under cover. All in all though better than parking your own car and catching in a shuttle bus.

As usual very good except that they had us down for the wrong terminal which was not a problem going to the airport as it was sorted when we rang on our way but when coming home they still had us at the wrong terminal even though they said they would sort it out and so we had longer to wait.

On arrival the chauffeur met us promptly and took the car for parking. Good service. However, when we returned and contacted the chauffeur he said he would arrive in 10 minutes. We waited 40 minutes which we found disappointing, especially as our previous service was never longer than 15 minutes and cheaper.
