The service was great but lack of information caused a confusion when we landed. We were not told that we would collect the car from were we left it (departures)! This wasn't as complicated as we thought but did mean the guy who brought the car was snapped at due to our stress after the journey with some delays. The guy who brought the car was obviously used to this and let it go over his head but if we had been told it would have avoided the situation. The guy who brought the car had it running very warm (it was minus 4) he had it all ready for us and was very polite. I would def use this service again and now know where to collect t from.

Well I will be using the service everytime from now on, we had to wait for 15 minutes on arrival but considering the weather I definitely can't complain! Pick up excellent this time they were waiting for me! Thanks.

We have used Luxury Chauffeur Service Manchester 3 times now and cannot fault it in any way. Why waste time parking, waiting for a shuttle bus and then repeating it all on your return when you can hand over your vehicle at departures and pick it up already warm and ready to go on your return? I have recommended your service to several friends and have no hesitation in using you for all future trips. regards Graham

Driver was waiting for us as we arrived at Manchester. Very courteous. On return we waited 3 minutes after our phone call. This during extremely bad weather. What a relief to get into a warm car. The service was excellent. I would highly reccomend this company.
