arrived back in uk 2 hours late due to french atc on strike and plane had to reroute . this caused no problem on return to uk. one phonecall and my car arrived as planned .will use again.

This is the third time we've used this excellent service. If the driver hasn't been there with our car we've only ever had to wait for a few minutes.

I was very disappointed with the service. There was a half hour wait at 5.30am in the cold for a driver to arrive, confusion on drop off and collect and no help offered with the bags. Thoroughly unsatisfactory.

Absoloutley brilliant service. prompt, and friendly helpful staff. There on time to meet us, and on return despite our late arrival due to French Air Traffic dispute, not a problem, 10 min wait and no extra charge for longer use of facility.
