Excellent, but would have prefered both cars in our party to be collected/returned at the same time rather than one collected and driven to your car park and then you return to pick up the second car. Although only 15min I thought this tarnished an excellent service.

It was good but could be better. I telephoned in a few days before to state the car had changed but this was not told to the guys in Manchester and hence we waited 20 minutes for them to turn up as they could not see the car despite going around.They were apologetic. On the way back I told them I was out of arrivals and they said ring again when outside which took exactly 1 minute. They need to stop asking for a call at every stage and just do it. Again once met the guys were polite and helpful

Can be difficult sometimes on the telephone due to back ground noise but the service was OK

Slight wait at Manchester when returning. Was told 5 minutes but took 15 minutes. Otherwise fine.

Would have been a 5 rating but this time the company you contracted to pick up the car had no record of our booking so it's a good job I took the printed confirmation with me. They were very good though and sorted it all out without delay. This is the only glitch we've ever had and have used you several times now. Despite this we'll definitely use you again.

Never used a service like this before, but i will use LCS again. Just had a 10 minute wait on departure, but the car was waiting for us on arrival. Drivers very pleasant. Recommended.

The service was great but lack of information caused a confusion when we landed. We were not told that we would collect the car from were we left it (departures)! This wasn't as complicated as we thought but did mean the guy who brought the car was snapped at due to our stress after the journey with some delays. The guy who brought the car was obviously used to this and let it go over his head but if we had been told it would have avoided the situation. The guy who brought the car had it running very warm (it was minus 4) he had it all ready for us and was very polite. I would def use this service again and now know where to collect t from.
