Always use VIP - have done for about 10 years. Very trustworthy. Can even get your car washed if you're away for a few days.

Excellent service, always book through Park and Go. No waiting, there when they say and easy to contact. I left my boarding passes and passports in my car on drop off, they came straight back with them. Cannot fault VIP Meet and Greet, Bristol.

I travel alone visiting my husband in Saudi Arabia so utilising the meet and greet option works great for me. I have used this on a number of occasions and each time I have had no fault with the service. The drivers are polite and help with my luggage which is gratefully received. I had to change my arrival time so emailed. Quickly got an email back with new voucher. Arrived at Manchester airport after phoning with the 15 minutes asked for. Man was waiting for me even though weather was lousy. He quickly looked at car and I signed a form then he helped with my suitcase and showed me across the road to the door I needed to go to. Perfect service going out. On return I was only able to email once to say my flight was delayed as I had WiFi at the hotel I had been put up in. I had no idea till when. It turned out to be an 18 hour delay. I emailed when I landed and when I picked up my luggage about 40 minutes later I rang the number provided and was advised where to go. Very short walk, 2 minutes if that, and the lady waiting with my car was lovely even loading my suitcase into the car for me. I was extremely happy with every part of the service and will definitely book VIP Meet and Greet again.
