Reviewed on 26th October 2021The whole experience was rushed. We pulled up and was immediately told we have 5 minutes to unload the car and the driver be out of the car park. The return was absolute chaos. We were told to go to the West Carpark and wait until we saw our car pull up. There were crowds of people doing the same. It was so disorganised and frantic. I wish I had done off site parking it would have been less stressful and a better experience. We have used meet and greet in many other airports which were great, but I would definitely not recommend or use meet and greet at Manchester again.

Reviewed on 10th August 2018Terrible service upon our return to Manchester. It took 8 phone calls to advise that we had collected our luggage and were ready to be met by the parkandgo representative (their phone was constantly engaged) - only to be advised “just go outside and I’ll be there shortly”. We went outside, and were told by an airport worker that private cars were not allowed to arrive on that particular level and suggested that we take the elevator to a higher floor. This we did and eventually found the “meet and greet” area, having had to contact parkandgo several times again. Our car arrived much later than we had envisaged - with no apology from the driver for the lack of directions to our collection point or for taking a long time to arrive. He handed us a token to use to open the barrier on our way out of the car park, but did not explain that we would require a credit or debit card to pay the £4 fee. (We were aware of the fee - but not the method of payment. A simple explanation would have helped). We have used parkandgo several times in the past, however, their service needs to improve dramatically before we consider using them again in the future.

Reviewed on 14th March 2018This Meet and Greet did not match up to many others I've used. On arrival we were 30 mins early having allowed extra traveling time due to the snow, but made good progress. Despite giving plenty of notice as requested, I had to wait, with the driver turning up after the original planned time, with the airport parking security personnel questioning why I was waiting. On return the car was fine, but we were directed to walk around to the bus stops, and when the car arrived (swiftly this time) again the airport parking security personnel informed me that this was illegal and that I, not the company, could be fined. This forced only a swift inspection of the car and no paperwork changing hands. This is unacceptable and the Meet and Greet company have previously been warned. Fingers will be redirected if received. Don't use them unless they change their methods.

Reviewed on 20th July 2017I have used VIP Meet & Greet on a number of occasions and cannot recommend them enough. They offer a prompt reliable service with pleasant staff at a competitive price. I have already booked my car in with them for my next trip.

Reviewed on 14th July 2017After arriving home after picking up the car from the airport I noticed a mark on the rear side of my car. After numerous phone calls I was finally told that they would look at car the next time I took it in after booking with them again! I will not be booking with them again and would not recommend anyone else to do so!

Reviewed on 27th June 2017Park and Go VIP Meet and Greet. Appalling service this time around from the normally good service provided. VIP Meet and Greet had no knowledge of our vehicle upon drop off at Manchester Airport on 18th June, a driver was dispatched and picked up the vehicle and stated he would ensure our return was OK on 25th June, he also advised that this is the case for circa 70% of bookings they have through Park and Go (very worrying). Upon return on 25th June again no knowledge of our booking / vehicle, frightened us to death thinking our vehicle was missing or worse, they eventually found it, sent a driver to the compound to pick it up and returned it to us. Kept us waiting at Arrivals hall for nearly an hour for what is supposed to be a slick Meet and Greet operation. Just appalling this time and i have demanded a return in full of our fees paid for this "service", they got it badly wrong and need to address asap for future clients. I must also say that I use Park and Go regularly and this was exceptionally poor service and not what I normally receive.

Reviewed on 30th June 2015I have used meet and greet many times and again this time the service was great. Unfortunately at some stage while it was being parked the offside front tyre was "curbed" resulting in a blister on the side wall and the need for a new tyre.
