Reviewed on 19th February 2024Been using VIP Meet and Greet for over 10 years. They used to turn up well dressed with a folder with all the details and go through everything before picking up the car. Not this time. The level of service has gone down thus 4 stars. A positive is that they picked up the car from our nearby on-site hotel. A big negative was that the rear of the car was covered in disgusting bird poo from the time they had the car and the chap delivering it back to us said he would've jet washed if he had seen it. Their telephone comms are helpful but could be a lot clearer and less rushed. People unfamiliar with the service or airport would most definitely struggle.

Reviewed on 16th January 2024Rather confusing instructions for the drop off but other than that all was good. The restrictions at the airport meant that we endlessly circled the airport roundabouts until we were called as this would have cost us £25!!

Reviewed on 11th April 2023It all worked as advertised. Be aware though, that the £5 entry has to be given in cash to the person collecting the car. If you don’t have the cash or have only a £10 note then that’s what it cost me!! Would have been nice to know that before we arrived.

Reviewed on 8th March 2023Have used this company for many years for numerous annual trips. Prompt service and friendly staff. Only negative is that vehicle was obviously parked under a tree and came back dirtier than when dropped off... But would not put me off using them again.

Reviewed on 3rd July 2022Very efficient but would've liked more detail on negotiating drop off point at T1. Promptly got our car back on return. Not happy dash cam was disabled though.

Reviewed on 2nd February 2022Prompt service as usual, I have rated it 4 only because the distance to retrieve your car is further than before, however I appreciate this is due to the new lay out of the airport and I would certainly use VIP parking Meet and Great again.
