VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Excellent service with regard both our departure & return from holiday, car was ready & waiting for us, no wait or delay. Unfortunately, one criticism is that on our return to collect our car, the main part of the body work was covered in mud. I appreciate that a vehicle left parked for 2 weeks will naturally become dirty, yet it seemed that the car had been parked in a field or very muddy area at best, not what we hoped for or had experienced previously.

We would highly recommend Park and Go, they are professional in every sense of the word and were prompt in picking up and dropping off our car. The chauffeur was polite and professional throughout.

1st class service. The car was collected and returned right outside the departure entrance. Ideal when you arrive back at 3.30am in the morning. Will use again.

It does what it says I the tin, you simply park and go. No hassle, easy way to start your airport experience. Would recommend to all. Thank you

By far the most reliable and trustworthy parking company at Manchester. I have used them many times without issue.

All went well although we did have to look around for your driver at the drop-off point. There were a lot of people and cars going in and out of the bays - might have been more helpful if he had worn a more distinctive top or uniform. On return, we were handed keys without all the attachments which gave impression it was not our key. When I chased after him he pointed out that they had been removed and left in the car, being standard practice. Should be explained for first time customers.

Always given meet and greet a scoring of 5 but this year the service wasnt as good as previous years a few members of our party had problems both on arrival and on return my nephew waited 40 mins for his car and my sister-in-law phoned 61 times for collection of hers.

We had a minor epic whilst we were away, so it was great that on our return to the UK at midnight, everything went really smoothly. The car was returned very swiftly and, as usual, the staff were really good.

Absolutely superb service. On time at collection and car waiting for us when we returned. Will definitely use VIP again. The best meet and greet by far.
