As always a great service, good to know that if you are running a little late due to traffic in and around Manchester that the representative contacts you to find out if all is well on your approach into the terminal. The representatives are always polite and professional. Great service and worth that little bit extra.

Good service, easy to use. Contacted the around 15 minutes prior to arrival and given instructions on where to wait at the airport, and that our driver would be there to collect our car. We waited a good five minutes before I had to call them again, and waited another five minutes for the driver. On arrival he did a quick check of my car for obvious signs of any damage and filled out a report sheet, even taking the current mileage and fuel level which I thought was very professional, and away he went. On our return we called them after collecting our luggage and were again told where to wait which we did, for around 20 minutes. Admittedly the rain was torrential and it was a Friday rush hour. I would probably use them again.
