Great service. Rang to say we were stuck in traffic and told to let them know when we close. On arrival back at Manchester the car was delivered in 5 minutes, we were on the wrong level and they called to tell us where to go. Will use again.

It was definitely VIP treatment the driver was there as we approached departures and was at the arrivals within a minute of us getting to the destination. The driver was very courteous and friendly and I would definitely use VIP again and recommend them.
