Despite last minute changes made to our flight times by the airline thus having to alter the times of our arrival to and from holiday the guys at P&G were fully understandable and were there waiting for us and arrived to pick us up with a warm car as we returned. Excellent service.

Booking was easy and just before we called, whilst en route, to explain that we were going to be a little late the Greeter 'phoned us to check. We were directed with clear instructions and met within two minutes of arrival - giving us time to unload our cases and to prepare. Smart and professional, our Greeter quickly checked the vehicle and completed the formalities before wishing us well. Upon our return we were directed to the optimum pick-up point with clarity (not always easy at Manchester) and were on our way within a minute. Always a pleasure to use such professional people - we have already booked the next trip.

Very good service - waiting for me on arrival at Manchester - I had to wait a few minutes on the return leg due to the fact you have to call after receiving your bags and there is hardly any waiting area at terminal 3 - but very prompt, efficient and good value.
