VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Due at Manchester Airport at 4:30am phoned car park contact 15 mins beforehand; driver waiting for us on Departures level. Warm greeting; helped get luggage out of car boot; handed us a receipt for the car and drove off. On return, collected luggage from carousel phoned contact - driver waiting again with my car on Departures level, despite having given an incomplete incoming flight code! Keys handed over; we drove off. Happy to recommend company and service provided.

Can I pass on a massive "Thank You" once more to the team. From booking on line, to changing arrival time (my mistake corrected FOC) all the way through to collection and drop off. The services was OUTSTANDING! 5th time of using and not a bad word to say. If you need your wheelchair adapted motor look no further than VIP Parking, we don't.

Can't speak too highly of our experience. I drove to the wrong place, but a quick call soon put us back on track. Not many people record your mileage and the amount of fuel in your tank when you arrive. The changeover on return was quick, hassle free and appreciated. Will use again next time.

Brillant, Used them at Manchester airport,drive to departure drop off point and they are there wanting, you just get out and they take some details (takes about a minute)job done, when you come back call them when you've got your luggage and they are there waiting at the drop off point jump in your car and go.

First time I have ever used this company, I would not hesitate to recommend them. Customer service is excellent, staff are polite and helpful. I will be using them again next year without any hesitation.

Excellent service both when departing and arriving back. Prompt and friendly greet and made an hassle free start to my holiday. Having an 18th month old girl and the amount of luggage this was the perfect answer. I would recommend using this service and will not consider any other type of parking when going on holiday again.
