Scored 3 and i'll tell you why! Service pick up and drop off was excellent! waited no more than a minute after calling in our arrival. Staff friendly and organised! Took mileage readings, fuel amounts etc etc! Great! My only issue is how it has been parked up in their mass car park as i have scratches on my rear bumper, several scratch where in basic terms it has been parked touching the car behind (or should i say the next car parked behind me was driven in to the bumper to maximise space) the getting in and out of the car then gave me several vertical scratches and the oparking has given me 12 inch light scuff (Probaly will polish out to be fair) where the vehicle has come to rest! this car was new to me that week so i know the condistion and i recognise the way the mark where made! Not a happy bunny! This is really a shame because everything else including the price was spot on! Neil

Fantastic service, absolutely couldn't fault this company. We telephoned 15 minutes before arriving at the airport and the man was there to meet us when we arrived. He was very efficient in the hand over, but careful enough to make sure all paperwork was completed. About 15 minutes after he had driven off with our car we got a phone call from him because we'd left some cash in the car. He informed me that it had been found, the amount and that it would be safely looked after until our return. When we got back we phoned once we'd picked our bags us. He did inform me that someone else on the same flight had just called before us, so it would be a couple of minutes before he brought our car around. This was accurate, we were waiting for about 2-3 minutes outside before he appeared with our car, and the money we had left. Absolutely brilliant, like I say we really can't fault this service and will use again if in need of airport parking.

i have used Park and Go 3 times in the past 12 months and rate their service extremely good. However, when collecting my car on Tuesday 3rd May from manchester i noticed a new scratch. It was quite clearly new as thr broken paint was still visible and rough to touch. On challenging the member of staff he completely denied any wrong doing and just kept saying they were a family firm. He also stated he would review the CCTV to confirm if anything had happenned and contact me. So far - no contact. Not sure if I will use Park and Go again which is a shame as the member of staff who has greeted us on 2 occassion was exemplary and he clearly had some customer service skills - unlike the one that returned my car.

VIP parking were at departures immediately when we arrived at the airport to collect our car. At the end of the holiday we rang VIP, after collecting our luggage, and they were there within 5 minutes. An excellent service.

Having a disabled daughter we have searched high and low to get parking that works for us as a family plus carer. I'm over the moon to say "We've found the answer, VIP Parking with Park & Go". Their service is outstanding, polite, professional and the most important bit, Hassel Free. Arriving back from Cyprus at 1.00am in the morning to find our car waiting for us directly outside the terminal gates was fantastic. A speedy hand-over, assistance loading our cases & away, all within 5 minutes, Brilliant! We cannot thank you and your staff enough & I for one will be utilising your service again in the not too distant future. Thank You from The Walton Family.
