VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

We used VIP Parking - Meet and Greet from Manchester Airport for a week starting 08.08.2009. We were very pleased with the service provided. Both pick ups were punctual and carried out in a very efficient and friendly manner. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and would not hestitate in recommending it to others. Bill

We were met at the departure ramp when we arrived at Manchester Airport and met again on arrival after our trip. The service was first class, the staff were friendly and efficient and the car looked as if it had been cleaned, certainly the windscreen, for our journey home. I will definitely be using the same service every time from now on.

The service was fabulous. This is the third time we have used this service when we have gone on holiday. It is great especially when you have young children. The driver meets you at the airport and takes your car. On your return they are there to meet you with your car. We will definitely use this service again.

This was a very good service takes all the worry out of parking and remembering where the car was, will use the service again.

I was very impressed with the service provided. Someone met us at departures and was very efficient with the handover of the car. On our return we rang them after we had our cases and by the time we had travelled up to the 5th floor in the lift our car was there waiting for us. It definitely was better than hanging around then squashing on a bus and fighting our way through a car park to get our car back.

The guy was there when agreed (3.00am) and also quick on delivering the car on our return. Was hassle free. Would definitely use this service again.

Outbound: Arrvived at Manchester Airport having let VIP know we were on our way and was met 2 minutes later by a cheerful member of staff to collect the car. He helped us unloading out luggage, I handed over the keys after details were checked - smooth and simple. On arrival back at Manchester the car was waiting by the time we got to the pick point. Again, we were helped with our luggage by the same cheerful and helpful man who had collected the car. Excellent and efficient service and great value for money. I will definitely be booking the car with you again next year!
