We have used Park and Go before and would recommend this service without a doubt. Being a regular traveller and have worked within the travel industry for many years it was a pleasure to be greeted by a most helpful representative who was smartly dressed and effecient. He gave us exact instructions on where to meet on arrival and what to expect and where to meet on our return. When we returned home he was there within minutes of our call on arrival. If you are looking for a hassel free service at a reasonable price then use this one and you won't be disappointed.

this experience for me has to be the way forward it could not be easier drive up to terminal someone there to take your car away on return quick call car waiting for you a few yards walk away from baggage reclaim brilliant many thanks

Excellent service at a really good price. I have used 'meet and greet' at Heathrow and Manchester and the service is punctual, efficient, understandable, no hidden extras,friendly and will use next time.

Initially I was very impressed, the guy on the outwardbound journey could not do enough to help. This sadly was not the case on my return to the UK. It is advertised that you get help with your bags. I was travelling alone and my bags were very heavy. I entered the arrivals lounge and called for help with my luggage. The man said he would be with me in 5-10 mins. My suitcase had been torn and I was checking the contents when the man arrived. I said 'I am very sorry about this' He replied 'well I am very sorry but we have to go straight away I have other customers waiting' He then said 'this is most irregular' I said 'well it does say on the internet that you get help with your bags'. Not the best welcome back to the UK and certainly not the sort of hospitality I, or other people should be subjected to. Maybe the company should be renamed Meet and Moan. Apart from this unpleasantness, I would have definitely booked again.
