Reviewed on 2nd February 2010Arrived very early in the morning at T2 Manchester to be greeted by a very friendly driver allowing us to go straight into the terminal. Our plane was delayed by 5 hours on the return but a quick call confirmed that the car would be there on our return and sure enough, we picked up our bags gave a quick call to say we arrived and within 2 minutes of us exiting the terminal the car was there! Efficient, friendly and cost effective service. Would recommend to all my friends travelling from Manchester. Well done VIP. And no, I am not an employee, just someone that appreciates good service!

Reviewed on 30th January 2010Brilliant service, met us promptly at 5.10am and on the return the car was there as we came out of the airport, an added bonus was that the engine was warm so we could put the heater on (it was freezing outside).

Reviewed on 3rd January 2010Overall very good although had to wait in drop off area 10-15 minutes for arrival of the driver. Collection on return was on time and very smooth.
