Unusually we used Terminal 2 and they were punctilious in ensuring that we took the optimum route and minimised waiting. Upon our return they ensured that we took the shortest exit route to the correct bay. Now THAT is service. Well done Manchester VIP Meet & Greet and thank you - again.
