Consistently great service and that's why I choose to use Park and Go and VIP Parking every time I fly from Manchester Airport. Many thanks and see you again soon.

When we returned we were greeted promptly (and with some humour, which does make a difference). The VIP Manchester service is excellent; an example to all of how to run a successful business - and to please customers. Well done and thank you.

Reviewed on 16th October 2019VIP Meet and Greet were awaiting my arrival at drop off on day of departure which was great. However, my phone call advising return in arrival area took them by surprise. The operative stating he had been let down by the day staff who had not passed on my details. (This was despite the outward operative detailing on the return form that I was hand luggage only so would be quick through customs). This resulted in a twenty minutes wait at 03:00 in the morning. Used this company many times without such a delay so will put this down to experience. Probably won’t prevent me using again.

Reviewed on 1st October 2019The pick up chauffeur was waiting upon my arrival and despite my flight delay there was no problem on my return and the car was with me in five minutes of my stepping out of the lift. Would highly recommend especially for ladies travelling alone.
